The CNC automatic tool grinding machine WSA G10 is designed for the production of high-precision shank tools (drilling and milling tools) in the diameter range up to max. 10 mm.

EXTREMELY FAST TOOL LOADING AND UNLOADING SYSTEM

The unique design of the machine with the closed granite body and the loading and unloading systems mounted on it in one “plane” enables a seamless process flow.

The tool blanks are loaded through the workpiece carrier (C axis). By inserting the blank through the tool spindle of the C-axis during the loading process, a high degree of accuracy is achieved in the positioning (via 3-D measuring probe system) of the blank.

HAWEMA PLACES PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON HIGH-PRECISION MACHINE COMPONENTS

Our motor spindles operate at concentricity accuracies of less than 2 µm.

The precision guides are preloaded for maximum rigidity and accuracy and permanently lubricated. (X-axis granite)
